Volunteer Opportunities
Give of yourself, volunteer with The Little Sisters of the Poor. Founded by St. Jeanne Jugan as a Roman Catholic religious order for women, members of an International Congregation, who have dedicated their lives to the service of the elderly.
Share your time and talents with an elderly person; participate in St. Jeanne Jugan’s mission of hospitality to the needy elderly in a committed and ongoing way. St. Jeanne Jugan envisioned hospitality as a humble fraternal service uniting in one family the Little Sisters, the elderly, and lay collaborators who wish to serve Jesus Christ in the person of their elderly brothers and sisters.

Prayer Opportunities
There are many service opportunities where you can make a difference. The most important component of any ministry is prayer. Join us here at St Michael in Old Town to pray the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. every Thursday.
The Women’s Center, 5116 N. Cicero Avenue, hosts a 24-hour Adoration in its St. Jude Chapel. Please call (773) 794-1313 for more information on how to be a party of this prayer initiative on behalf of life.
