St. Michael Foundation

The St. Michael Foundation is a chartered organization that was started in 1965 by then-pastor, the Very Rev. H.J. Novak, C.Ss.R. The purpose of the Foundation was to create funding sources for Masses, for the education of future priests and brothers, and for the maintenance and repair of our historic church.  To that end, over 70% of the investment income is allocated to capital maintenance and repair with the remainder allocated to Masses for the faithful members (2%) and to the education of future clergy (25%).

As you know, this wonderful legacy in which we worship is both an asset and a liability.  Maintenance and repair of the church represents an ongoing challenge and need. It is our responsibility to provide a superior place of worship for the next generation of parishioners.

We invite you to become a part of the legacy of St. Michael in Old Town by becoming a member of the Foundation.  You can enroll yourself or your loved ones (living or deceased) with a gift of $1,000 or more. All gifts are fully tax-deductible.
